For the value, our stay at this hotel was decent. The room we had was spacious, although the bed could have been more comfortable. The location was fantastic, just a short drive or walk through the dual carriageway to the beach. James, the host, was lovely and tried his best to address our concerns and make things right.
The breakfast offerings could use improvement, specifically in terms of variety and freshness.

Spacious, comfy room with a shower, exceptional location. Setting really close to Gillingham rail station, superstore, Gillingham town. Btw, located in the middle of the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was fabulous, with the beach just a 5-minute drive away or a 15-minute walk over the dual carriageway. The cleanliness of the room was spot on, and the hotel facilities exceeded our expectations. The staff, especially James, our host, were lovely and went above and beyond to help with any complaints we had. The parking was convenient, and we had no trouble with transportation around this city. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious.
Nothing, it was perfect.

We had a lovely stay at a seaside house in Gillingham. James, our host, went above and beyond to address our complaints and tried his best to make things right. the location was fantastic, with the beach just a short drive away or a 15-minute walk across a dual carriageway. After long and tiring days, it was great to have a comfortable bed to sleep on. We also appreciated the helpful gentleman in the neighboring room who supported us and agreed that James's attitude was negative towards us. Cons: Absolutely nothing 🙌.

The location of this place is fantastic, with the beach just a short 5-minute drive away or a 15-minute walk over the dual carriageway. As someone on a budget, I appreciate the effort James, the host, put in to address our complaints and make things right. Although there were too many issues to fix, James went above and beyond to help and was genuinely caring.
The gentleman in the room next to ours was extremely helpful and even shared my sentiment about the negative attitude we received from James. At the end of a long and tiring day, it was a relief to have a comfortable bed to sleep on.

The location of the hotel is great, with the beach just a short drive or walk away. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast offered cereal and the host tried to accommodate my complaints.
Some of the facilities were not up to standard. The room had a cramped ensuite with peeling sealant and the curtains were hanging by a few hooks.

Access to a garden with a terrace: The garden at this beachfront house was like a little oasis, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a relaxing evening drink. It felt like having my own private slice of paradise.
Ignored disability: Unfortunate comments made about my disability.

The only good thing about my stay was having a bed to sleep on at the end of the day and the helpful gentleman in the next room. The location was also quite convenient, with the beach just a short drive or walk away.
Where do I even start? The room was a disaster.

Additionally, the spacious rooms offer a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom, providing a nice place to rest after a long day. The host, James, made an effort to address complaints and was accommodating in providing free parking for the guests. Despite the limited breakfast options, the hotel had a helpful and friendly gentleman staying next door, adding a pleasant touch to the stay.
Some of the guests reported derogatory comments and negative treatment from the staff.
